 by 10 DESIGN and Benoy, and won Property Guru's "Best Commercial Retail Project in the Asia Pacific Region" and "Best Commercial Retail Project of the Year (China)" awards.

The detailed design and production supply of GRC curtain wall for this project covers an area of approximately 15000 square meters. The exterior design of the building 

incorporates elements and textures of seagull wings, with strong lines and smooth curves.
